Our Mission

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to succeed, even in difficult circumstances. Keeping this in mind, I started my journey in the thick of the pandemic 2020 with the aim of assisting people in finding employment while they were cooped up in their houses. As a consequence, there was an economic and financial crisis which led big MNCs to lay off their employees. Seeing the scenario, it struck my head and I thought of making a difference. I wanted to help people by placing them in reputable companies where they could work remotely and earn a reliable income.

My main motive was inclined towards helping people who were facing a hard time adjusting to the lockdown both financially and emotionally. I intended to provide them with a job in reputable companies with a monthly salary so they would have a fixed source of income. In a timespan of just 4 years, Working Panda managed to place 1700+ candidates in both remote and office-based positions.

After graduating from college, we are happy to see that our efforts have assisted numerous young professionals in India towards becoming independent and minimizing distraction. By putting young Indians in touch with industries that recognize their abilities and offer a positive work environment, we hope to continue empowering Indian youth.

How It Started

In February 2020, when we first began hiring at Amazon, there were only 6 applicants. Due to the pandemic, I received numerous requests for jobs, but I was unable to help as I had no idea how BPO sector works.

Later I got to see an oppertunity that Amazon had begun to hire people for customer service associates remotely and was also offering a system. I started by myself and used the chance to mentor a number of my friends and family members, all of whom were successful in landing jobs. I personally assisted them in preparing for assessments, scheduling interviews, practicing for interviews, and finally submitting documentation to the company.

My values have always been  care, compassion, and kindness. I understood that many consultancies in India have a reputation for scamming money, which is why we only asked for payment after our applicants receive their salary from the company. Our primary objective is to fulfill the promises we make to our applicants by providing them with the job they desire. We offer individualized attention to each candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about the path they need to take to secure the job, especially during challenging times.

My commitment to providing exceptional service with care and compassion was evident in our payment policies. We ensure that our applicants only pay our fees after receiving their salary from the company, which eliminates any financial burden on their end. As a result, all the charges were cleared by the applicants who secured their desired job. Afterward, we built a team to serve young people searching for BPO jobs, and within three months, we successfully placed 68 applicants in Amazon at the peak of pandemic when almost 1 million people in india lost the job at that time. Many of our candidates have achieved higher and senior positions in the company now, and still working.

Through quality service and candidate’s satisfaction, we were able to secure the project of providing associates for Flipkart’s work-from-home program. This project was a major success, contributing significantly to our brand building efforts.

Our success with Flipkart was a result of our outstanding service to Amazon earlier in 2020, which earned us referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations from our satisfied candidates. Thanks to our reputation for excellence, we were able to place approximately 100 more applicants for the Flipkart project, and a total of nearly 175 applicants throughout 2020.

In 2023 How It's Been Going

By the end of 2020, Sukhpal Singh, one of our recruited applicants, joined us and greatly helped us understand the training process, interviews, and job requirements, allowing us to provide better guidance and mentorship to our associates even after a few months being on the job. Our commitment to supporting, guiding, and placing candidates in reputable companies has been gaining attention, and our reputation has spread through word of mouth. Sukhpal Singh’s expertise in administration and data management has attracted more applicants, resulting in a significant increase in the number of inductions.

Back in March 2020, when we started, we interviewed only 6 candidates. However, with time and people’s trust, we managed to interview 100+ candidates in March 2021. Our success has led us to serve additional companies such as Verizon, Airbnb, and eBay. Despite not spending a penny on marketing, we have successfully interviewed over 25,000 applicants and placed nearly 2,000 of them in various MNCs by early 2023.

My belief in hiring people from within the process has always helped me understand the job requirements and deliver value to our client companies.

Working with various associates in the past, I have always valued their expertise in handling backend operations. With this thought recently, Azhar Hussain joined our team to help us serve more applicants and bring in new perspectives.

In early 2023, with the shift to a hybrid & office work culture, we started exploring opportunities to provide better career prospects to our applicants in different cities. We began placing associates in top-tier companies like HSBC, Accenture, and Deloitte, matching their skill sets and experience to the job requirements.

Vision For next 5 years

Initially, many teenagers fall victim to job consultancy scams when searching for employment, which leads to them settling for unsatisfactory positions. Our goal is to place them in BPO jobs to provide them with a better understanding of how companies work and to promote financial independence. We charge applicants 50% less than the market rate, and payment is only required once they have secured a job or in some cases, after their first month of employment. We prioritize being absoulute transparent & building trust with both the applicants and companies, and we ensure that there will be no bad debt after placing them in jobs.

Our aim is to instill the mindset of financial independence in this generation at an early stage, which can prevent distractions such as addictions, wasted time in their professional careers, or struggling to find suitable jobs. We offer placement in reputable companies with convenience, trust, guidance, and mentorship. Most importantly, we prevent our applicants from falling prey to consultancies from the comfort of their homes.

We conduct all interviews and procedures virtually to save time and allow applicants to receive job confirmation from their own location. This approach also allows us to prepare applicants for interviews and deliver high-quality associates to companies.

Our mission is to place 0.5% of unemployed youth in India to make a positive difference to our next generation and our country.
