Telephonic Interview

Conduct a phone interview to shortlist 40% of the applicants. Ensuring that only those have Clear intent of working & good communication. Usually Number stands between 45 to 60.

Step 3
Video Induction

Organize an induction session over video for job description and video interview, which helps us shortlist 50% of the remaining candidates. Usually Number stands between 15 to 22.

Step 4
Batch Hand Over

We deliver the batch of shortlisted candidates to your company and would like to be informed of their status throughout the hiring process. Usually company hires between 8 to 12.

Step 5
On Boarding Portal & Documentation

Once the job offer is confirmed, we move forward with onboarding activities, including documentation and other processes as per the Companies Requirements.
